Another jailbreak hacker Winocm, known as P0sixspwn, has managed to decrypt the iBoot exploit in iPhone 5s, which uses the A7 chip processor. At present, this new discovery is not of much use because, though A5 devices support the latest iOS 8 version, there are number of inconveniences and performance issues faced by its users A5 device owners have begun to downgrade their iOS to older versions such as iOS 7.1 due to some serious issues in the working of iOS 8.

Currently, the Pangu jailbreak team and Evad3rs are working towards creating an untethered iOS 8 jailbreak. Users can expect its release in the near future. Evad3rd is a jailbreak team which released evasion7 to jailbreak those devices that run on iOS7.
