  • Go to the Safari icon on your iOS 8 device and open the Safari browser.
  • Now go to the web browser toolbar and open this website-
  • Click on the UP arrow located at the bottom of the screen.
  • Choose Add to Home Screen from the pop-up options.
  • Enter a name for your icon and click on Add. Though you can give any name that you wish, the name ‘Cydia’ will make it look more genuine.
  • Exit from the Safari browser and you will see the Cydia (or whichever name you have chosen) icon on the home screen of your iOS8 device.
